At Douceli, each piece is created with care and intention. Please take a moment to review our shipping information below.

Processing & Fulfillment Time

All Douceli garments are made to order.

  • Fulfillment time: 5–7 business days
    This includes cutting, sewing, finishing, and careful packaging of your order.

Personalized or custom-made items may require slightly longer processing time. If so, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Shipping Time

Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Europe: 5-10 business days

  • United States & Canada: 10-20 business days

  • Rest of the world: 15-30 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders from the United States

For orders shipped to the United States, all customs duties and import taxes are included in the item price.
There will be no additional fees to pay upon delivery.

The total shown at checkout is the final amount.

For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you have questions about customs in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering.

Delays

While we do our very best to ensure timely delivery, Douceli cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs inspections

  • courier disruptions

  • holidays or peak seasons

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Douceli cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
